Shipping Information

All Black Swamp Firearms rifles, and lower receivers, will be shipped UPS Ground (no PO Box addresses, please) to a valid FFL.

*ALL FIREARMS REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE.

Accessories, Merchandise, and Complete Uppers can be shipped to a PO Box, or UPS to a home or business. Orders over $100 receive free shipping and unless specified will ship either UPS Ground or First Class Mail (at our discretion).

*ALL ORDERS OVER $100 WILL REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE.

Black Swamp Firearms will not be responsible for packages returned to us that are refused delivery and you will be liable for additional shipping charges to re-ship your order.

Delivery Schedule

All Black Swamp Firearms are custom built and have a 4-8 week build time. A 50% deposit is required to begin building your firearm. You also have the option to pay in full during your initial order. Once completed, the remaining 50% owed will be charged to your credit card. We will then contact you via email/phone to request the FFL that your firearm will be shipped to.

You will receive email notification providing you with the tracking number and estimated delivery date when the order ships. Should you need an order to be expedited utilizing air services, please email/call us to make arrangements (additional shipping charge will apply).

Back Orders

We do not accept back orders at this time. If you wish to be placed on a waiting/wish list for an item that is out of stock, we will email you when the firearm you requested is available.

Sales Tax

Our corporate office is located in Michigan. Orders shipped to a Michigan destinations will be charged 6% Michigan sales tax. Michigan businesses making purchases with the intent of resale may complete an Michigan Exemption Certificate and will not be charged sales tax. This tax exempt certificate must be completed BEFORE purchases are made. No refunds of sales taxes will be given upon completion of the purchase.

Black Swamp Firearms, LLC will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to track the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item(s), to store delivery addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Once we have received your 50% deposit on a firearm build, you have 5 days to rescind your order. If after 5 days you decide to cancel your order, we will keep your 50% deposit.

Warranty

All BSF firearms carry a Lifetime Warranty and are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty follows the owner of our fine firearms. BSF will not be responsible for careless handling, unauthorized modifications, the use of improper/poor quality ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, normal wear-and-tear, or any unreasonable use. This is a finely tuned weapon, not a crowbar.

Returns

All non-firearm returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Please take the time to inspect your item within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted. After 30 days, all non-BSF products should be returned to the original manufacturer for any repair/refund. Firearms may only be returned if they are defective (see "Warranty" statement above for exclusions).

All refunds will be less a 3% credit card processing fee, if you used a credit card for your original transaction. This fee will be waived if the return has been caused by our error in fulfilling your original order.

All returns are subject to inspection and testing at our facility. If we deem the product to be satisfactory, and as advertised, the total refund could be less a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must include the original packaging and must be returned with the items that were sent with them (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund. With all returns, include a brief description of why you are returning the item and include a copy of your original invoice. COD packages will be refused. Return shipping charges will not be refunded, unless BSF was at fault.
